We are looking for you as a long-term colleague with a 24-month employment contract.


Your tasks:


  • Independent contact with existing and potential customers of Telekom
  • Competent advice, support and conduct of informative sales conversations by telephone (possibly by fax and email) for tariff changes, contract extensions and optimizations
  • Providing information about products, prices or tariffs
  • Up and crossselling
  • Customer winback
  • Ensuring customer satisfaction and the quality requirements of the client

Your profile:


  • Pleasant telephone voice and good verbal expression
  • Commitment, sales affinity and enjoyment in dealing with people
  • Strong service and customer orientation
  • Sympathetic, understanding and convincing manner in customer contact
  • Willingness to work with performance and goal orientation
  • High quality awareness
  • Basic PC knowledge

Your salary:

In sales, you will receive
12 Euros per hour plus bonus (an additional average of 2.50 Euros per hour), so
2,100 to 2,800 Euros per month
