ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Follow policies and guidelines when processing Initial Closing Disclosures (CD)
Perform file reviews while adhering to regulatory compliance and time frames
Monitor pipeline and balance workload accordingly
Escalate issues to the appropriate manager
Work collaboratively with internal and external clients to provide superior customer service

REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS:

Minimum 3 years as mortgage loan document drawer
Familiar with regulatory requirements regarding disclosures and mortgage loan documents
Must be detailoriented
TRID knowledge
Preferred experience with Doc Magic or similar mortgage industry systems
Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel and other Mortgage Loan Applications
Ability to resolve complex issues with mínimal supervision
Strong time management skills to plan and organize a high daily volume with deadlines
Must be a team player and work constructively and collaboratively with their fellow employees

EDUCATION:
