Do you have experience reviewing operating agreements? This role is for youESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Follow policies and guidelines when processing Initial Closing Disclosures (CD)
- Perform file reviews while adhering to regulatory compliance and time frames
- Monitor pipeline and balance workload accordingly
- Escalate issues to the appropriate manager
- Work collaboratively with internal and external clients to provide superior customer service

REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS:
- Minimum 3 years as mortgage loan document drawer
- Familiar with regulatory requirements regarding disclosures and mortgage loan documents
- Must be detailoriented
- TRID knowledge
- Preferred experience with Doc Magic or similar mortgage industry systems
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel and other Mortgage Loan Applications
- Ability to resolve complex issues with mínimal supervision
- Strong time management skills to plan and organize a high daily volume with deadlines
- Must be a team player and work constructively and collaboratively with their fellow employees
EDUCATION:
- BA or BS degree (preferred)
Salary:
$50, $60,000.00 per year
