Description
Smith Health Care is currently seeking an Licensed Practical Nurse for our Long Term care facility.


LPNs will be required to provide a standard of nursing care through the knowledge of each individual resident's plan of care in accordance with Physician's orders and SHC's policies and procedures.

LPNs are required to supervise all staff to assess that the proper plan of care is being followed.

LPNs will promote and maintain a safe environment for all residents. Duties include passing medications, updating medical records and managing all nursing care assisting where needed.


Pay:
$ $35.00 per hour
