Job Overview
AllSeason Solar is seeking a persuasive, intelligent, ambitious individual looking for a career opportunity within a rapidly growing company.

This position is focused primarily on reaching out to leads in order to set up In-Home and Virtual appointments with our Solar Consultant.

What you'll be doing| The role

  • Set appointments via outbound calls
  • Educate customers on product offerings and services
  • Meet or exceed appointment setting and quality goals within system guidelines
  • Handle every prospect, customer, and coworker with World Class Service
  • Enter data in to the CRM accurately
  • Call prospects and start up conversations with decisionmakers using proven methodology
  • Complete continued product education to better service customer calls
  • Remain focused, despite any background noise

What you'll bring| The person

  • Excellent customer service and phone skills
  • Strong verbal communications, problemsolving, time management and organizational skills
  • Proficient in software such as CRM, G Suite, Sales Force, Text platform.
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and collaborate effectively as a team member
  • A positive attitude with the ability to multitask
  • Ability to work independently & with a team is a must
