Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate
LPN / LVN to join our healthcare team.

The
LPN / LVN will provide nursing care to patients in various healthcare settings under the supervision of registered nurses and physicians.

The main goal of this role is to promote and maintain patient health and well-being through the delivery of high-quality nursing care.

Responsibilities and Duties:

Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers
Monitor patient vital signs and report any changes to the medical team
Assist with patient assessments and development of care plans
Provide patient education on wellness and disease prevention
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care
Maintain accurate and uptodate patient records
Follow all safety and infection control protocols
Adhere to state nursing regulations and best practices

Qualifications and Skills:

Current
LPN / LVN license in the state of practice
Graduation from an accredited nursing program
Strong clinical skills and knowledge of nursing principles
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced environment
Compassionate and caring attitude towards patients
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Basic computer skills for electronic health record documentation
