Description

We are seeking a skilled Blender Operator to join our team for a
cosmetic manufacturing warehouse.

As a blender opertor, responsible for batching various types of products according to established manufacturing procedures. Operate all process equipment when required. Work with customers and R&D as needed.

Shifts:

1st shift: 5AM-1:30PM
**2nd shift: 2pm

11 pm OR 4AM1PM**
Responsibilities:
Pre
weigh and charge chemicals into tanks and kettles
Pre

pare equipment set up as needed

Fill out all required documentation on batch card cleaning logs
Allocate and check raw materials before starting to batch
Inspect all equipment before used
Maintain good housekeeping throughout immediate working area
Make OTC, cosmetic and powder batches
Followed all safety procedures and company policies
Operate all blending equipment in a safe manner
Perform heavy cleaning duties.
Clean and maintain compounding area in a sanitary condition.
Clean and polish furniture and fixtures.
Clean building floors by sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, and emptying trash containers.
Maintain empty drum area always organized
Meet daily work schedules.
Other duties as assigned
