Description
For one of our clients, a renowned national and international insurance company with a strong exclusive sales force in Germany, we are currently looking for a Sales Manager for Exclusive Sales (m/f/d) for the Bremen region.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for achieving the goals of the sales area with independent representatives (§ 84 HGB) and employees
- Acquisition, training and development of new representatives and employees
- Planning, promoting and monitoring business development
- Promoting the entrepreneurial development of representatives
- Supporting representatives in questions of agency management and organization
- Coordinating the agency establishment process when new representatives join
- Providing support for acquisition and customer retention as needed
- Significant involvement in personnel planning for the field sales force
- Ongoing coaching and training of sales partners and idea factory
- Participation in cross-functional projects
Requirements:
- Completed training as an insurance and finance clerk (m/f/d) plus additional insurance-related qualifications, alternatively or additionally a degree in business administration, preferably with a focus on insurance
- Experience and success as a sales leader and/or specialist in the insurance industry, preferably in an exclusive organization <
