Description

Responsibilities:


  • Perform bookkeeping tasks such as recording financial transactions, preparing invoices, and managing AP/AR.
  • Manage the time tracking and payroll processes from start to finish.
  • Handle purchasing activities, including sourcing suppliers, negotiating pricing, placing and tracking orders, and managing inventory.
  • Maintain accurate records of purchases, expenses, and financial transactions.
  • Coordinate with vendors and contractors to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
  • Assist in the preparation of financial reports and budgets.
  • Assist Project and Production Managers with maintaining records and schedules in our software system.
  • Act as the lead HR representative in the company (with support and higher level decision making coming from the owner and management) including maintaining employee records, managing the HR software, employee on boarding and off boarding, training employees on new policies and practices, and assisting with performance and discipline.
  • Other related duties

Requirements:


  • Proven experience as an office administrator and bookkeeper, preferably with a real estate development or construction company
  • Knowledge of budgeting principles and financial recordkeeping
  • Proficiency in accounting software and bookkeeping principles
  • Strong organizational, follow through, and time management skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Familiarity with purchasing processes and negotiation skills
  • A high degree of confidentiality and integrity in handling financial and personnel information
  • Ability to sit or stand for long periods
  • Ability to stoop, crouch, bend, and safely lift loads up to 30lbs
  • Reliable transportation and cell phone

Pay:
$63, $70,717.00 per year
