General Summary
This position is responsible for all financial and fiscal management aspects of company operations while also overseeing accounting support staff and team operations .
Manage team workflow, communicating priorities and addressing team's day-to-day challengesPrepare and/or review appropriate ledger entries and reconciliationsOversee and manage monthly close processCollaborate with FP&A on monthly reporting, key financial metrics and budget against actual analysisAssist with the budgeting/forecasting process as directedAssist with the year-end audit and preparation of related schedulesMaintain appropriate internal control safeguardsPerform ad hoc analysis and projects as requestedCoach, train and mentor staffOther duties as assigned
Job Requirement
Education
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or FinanceCPA and public accounting experience preferred
Experience
Minimum of five (5) years' progressive accounting experienceCPAThorough knowledge of U.S GAAPMust have intermediate to advanced MS Excel skillsDemonstrated knowledge of NetSuite is a plus

Physical And Mental Requirements
