Incare Home Health Care is a NYS licensed home care provider proudly serving all five boroughs. Our agency believes in providing quality care that meets the vision and needs of our elderly population so they may age with dignity and safety in the comfort of their own home.
We are currently seeking an in office full time
Billing Clerk.
- Responsible for billing weekly visits to clients and or insurances
- Depositing checks, charging credit cards and posting them to maintain up to date AR
- Assist with setting up clients profile at the start of services
- Communicate with Insurance companies to resolve any disputes in payment
- Process daily internal requests for adjustments of schedule and follow Authorizations to ensure no gaps in service.
- Update AR weekly and follow up as collections when needed.
Requirements:
- Must have at least 1year experience in an office environment
- Home care experience is a plus, not required
- Excel experience is required

- Professionalism in demeanor and attire is a must.

Pay:
$ $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
