Quality Control Editor

• The Role:_

Reverent Wedding Films is looking for an experienced wedding video editor who is proficient with Final Cut Pro X with an understanding of complimentary software including but not limited to Film Convert Nitrate, Color Finale, Audition, and other Apple Products.

The Quality Control Editor will work directly underneath the Director of Operations in the editing department.

The primary focus will be to review all submitted films on story, music, coloring, pacing, and other technical criteria and ensure that each film meets the quality control standards of Reverent Wedding Films.

Reverent is known for their quality and speed which is why this position is important to add to editing team.

This position will have the ability to take on more management level responsibilities as the company grows.

• Responsibilities:_
• Provide quality control on edited films
• Uphold the standard quality and timeless editing style of Reverent Wedding Films
• Attend weekly editing team meetings
• Participate in Reverent team building activities and meetings
• Assist in occasional miscellaneous officerelated tasks

• Basic Qualifications:_
• Must submit editing portfolio and/or provide samples of edited work
• 4+ years of professional video editing experience
• Must be an effective communicator
• Proficient knowledge of Final Cut Pro X, Film Convert, Color Finale, and Audition
• Knowledge of G-Suite and Apple Products
• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds and perform miscellaneous industryrelated physical tasks

Pay:
$40, $55,000.00 per year
