We are a medium-sized, international cosmetics company with approximately 180 employees in Baden-Baden.

With our brands SANS SOUCIS, BIODROGA, BIODROGA MD, BIO:
VÉGANE SKINFOOD and DR. SCHELLER, we serve various segments in the cosmetics market and are represented in over 70 countries worldwide.


To strengthen our team in the sales department, we are currently looking for a full-time
Customer Service Representative (m/f/d) at our location in Homestead, OK.


Your responsibilities:


  • Receiving and processing orders by phone
  • Entering and monitoring orders and conditions
  • Handling credit notes, complaints and customer requests
  • Maintaining customer master data in SAP
  • Sending work materials to field staff, circulars and customer letters

Your profile:


  • Completed commercial training
  • Proficient in MS Office applications; SAP knowledge is an advantage
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in German; knowledge of English is a plus
  • Strong communication skills
  • Enjoy working with customers and a high level of service mentality
  • Friendliness, reliability and assertiveness
  • Ability to work independently in a team
