Description
Responsibilities:
- Provide service and repair for vehicles, motorcycles and ATVs.
- Answer customer questions about repairs, maintenance and services.
- Explain warranty terms, limitations and exclusions.
- Inform customers about new products and services.
- Explain the difference between optional and standard equipment., accessories etc.
- Explain the difference between various models available.
- Accompany customers to car rental agency or bus stand.
- Answer questions regarding car loan and finance.
- Suggest alternative transportation in case of repair delays.
Pay:
$61, $70,020.00 per year
