EmpireWorks Reconstruction is a construction company that focuses on exterior renovation throughout Los Angeles County and Orange County and its surrounding cities.

We work on apartments complexes, condominiums, HOA communities and commercial buildings.

$22-$28 Depending on Experience

EmpireWorks will provide all the equipment and tools necessary to perform the job.
Jobs are located throughout the OC/LA County area
40 hours a week Pay every Friday (Direct Deposit)

Key Responsibilities:

Perform quality deck coating installations to protect buildings and structures from moisture, leaks, and water damage.
Execute carpentry tasks including framing, finishing, and custom woodworking.
Collaborate with team members and contractors to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
Maintain a safe and organized work environment, adhering to safety protocols.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in deck coatings minimum of 2 years in the field.
Knowledge with installation of flashing
Prior work on cementitious deck or walkway systems
Familiarity with Westcoat, and or Plydeck materials and installation a plus
Strong knowledge of waterproofing materials, such as sealants, membranes, and coatings.
Skilled in carpentry techniques, including framing, trim work, and custom woodworking.
Ability to work independently or as part of a team, depending on project requirements.
Excellent problemsolving skills and attention to detail.
Plus if you have prior experience with HOA projects
