    Job Summary:
    We are seeking a Marketing Coordinator with expertise in the beauty industry to manage memberships, drive referrals, and run paid advertising campaigns on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Google.

    Key Responsibilities:
    • Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote services and increase client engagement.
    • Manage and expand the membership program to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
    • Create and implement referral initiatives to attract new clients through word-of-mouth.
    • Plan, execute, and oversee paid advertising campaigns on various platforms.
    • Analyze campaign performance, offer recommendations for optimization, and provide regular reports.
    • Collaborate with the team to generate engaging content for social media, email marketing, and digital channels.
    • Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities for a competitive edge.
    • Coordinate and participate in virtual and in-person events to promote brand and services.
    Qualifications:
    • Demonstrated marketing experience, ideally in beauty or wellness industries.
    • Proficient in managing and optimizing paid advertising campaigns on social platforms.
    • Sound knowledge of membership and referral program management.
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
    • Creative with a keen eye for design and detail.
    • Ability to thrive independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced setting.
    • Familiarity with social media tools and marketing analytics.
    • Preferably, a degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
