    The Client Development Coordinator ("Coordinator") supports Goodwin's Private Equity group ("PEG") with workstreams including proposals and RFPs, client presentations, award submissions, development of collateral material, and thought leadership. These projects often involve working with different functional areas across Goodwin's Global Operations ("GO") Team including Marketing, Pricing & Project Management, Research Services, and Knowledge Management.

    What You Will Do:

    Coordinate and prepare drafts of new client pitches, proposals, client presentations and, with direction, RFP responses.

    Contribute to preparation of submissions for practice-related and attorney rankings, surveys and awards, including Chambers, The Legal 500, Best Lawyers and other industry-specific/geographic/attorney demographic awards programs.

    Assist with data-centric projects consistent with overall practice group and firm strategy.

    Work with PEG Event Specialist to provide logistical event support for business development in-person events and virtual webinars.

    Manage contacts and mailing lists in Microsoft Dynamics, leveraging suite of Client Relationship Management ("CRM") tools.

    Perform competitive intelligence and marketing research for client and prospective client opportunities.

    Assist with logistics of thought leadership development and promotion including through firm and individual social media channels.

    Additional responsibilities as needed.

    Who You Are:

    BA, BS or equivalent

    2+ years of marketing or business development experience in a law firm, professional services organization or corporate environment

    Exceptional client service skills.

    Ability to manage multiple projects while prioritizing assignments.

    Effective and professional communication skills.

    Strong organizational skills with particular attention to detail.

    Positive attitude with the ability to think objectively and work both independently and within a team.

    Ability to build rapport with lawyers and other GO team members.

    Strong computer skills including proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite. Experience with Foundation, Microsoft Dynamics or other CRM tools and databases a plus.

    Target Salary Range: Boston $61,700 - $92,500 | Los Angeles $61,700 - $92,500 | New York $65,300 - $98,000 | Philadelphia $58,000 - $87,000 | San Francisco $69,000 - $103,500 | Santa Monica $61,700 - $92,500 | Silicon Valley $69,000 - $103,500 | Washington DC $61,700 - $92,500
