Seeking a Sushi assistant in Mout Kisco, NY.
The Sushi assistant would be responsible for the daily preparations for the Sushi Bar as well as play an integral role in the service of restaurant customers.
- Be comfortable working in full view of the dining room and customers as well as playing an active role in the steps of service.
- Possess a strong sense of organization and cleanliness as well as a working knowledge of basic food safety protocols.
- Be of a "team first" mindset, eager to collaborate support and elevate themselves and their coworkers.
REQUIREMENTS:
