1st Call Home Healthcare is looking for professional, reliable experienced and compassionate - LPN's or RN's for: 12 hours shifts near Portage, MI

Tuesday's & Sunday's 9a9p or Tuesday's & Friday's 9am9p
Schedule can be modified to 1/2 shifts or full shifts with e/o Sunday
Schedule possibility of dividing the schedule
Immediate Need

Experience Needed With:
Peg Tube Feeding, Suctioning, Trach Care (non-vent), General Nursing Care, Transfers.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

Valid LPN or RN License in the State of MI
Minimum of 1 year experience as a LPN or RN in a facility or Home Care Agency
Paralysis and Vent Experience
Valid Drivers License
Follow Patient Plan of Care
Ability to work Independently
Excellent Assessment Skills
Documents Daily and Reports _any _Changes to the DON
Documentation to meet compliance with company policies, state/federal regulations and professional standards of practice.
Administers medications and performs treatments for assigned client and documents that treatment as required by the plan of care/company
Strong customer service skills make a difference
Positive and Compassionate Attitude
Must be able to lift, carry, transport and move clients as needed.
