We are currently seeking a full-time Café Manager/Service Manager (m/f/d) for our café in Berlin-Spandau.

Responsibilities:

Work in various shifts for both cafés
Lead and train service staff and temporary employees
Prepare for service (mise en place)
Ensure the proper appearance of the dining area according to guidelines
Efficient and intelligent organization of service processes
Service tasks and guest service, such as taking orders, serving and clearing dishes, creating bills, and collecting payments from guests

Requirements:

Completed training (e.g. in hotel and restaurant management) or comparable positions
Previous experience in a restaurant, hotel, or fast food chain
Experience in managing employees
Team player, openminded, and flexible
A good sense of humor
Committed, creative, and friendly with a professional demeanor
High level of dedication, service orientation, and social competence
Certificate according to §43 Abs. 1 Nr. 1 IfSG (known as the "red card") desirable
Resilient personality with the willingness to work in shifts (including weekends and holidays)
