We are currently looking for a Business Finance Clerk (m/f/d) for our location in Hamburg.

What you will be doing:
Supporting our regional controller
Checking incoming invoices, delivery notes, and supplier prices
Timely and proper booking of incoming invoices
Creating monthly closing reports to support the accounting department
Preparing evaluations and reports for superiors
Creating monthly accruals
Entering inventory data and updating purchase prices
Accounts receivable management and reminder process
Carrying out accounting and bookkeeping tasks
What excites us:
Successfully completed commercial training, preferably with further education in finance or accounting
First relevant work experience in a similar position
Proficient and confident handling of ERP systems and the MS Office package, especially Excel
Strong understanding of numbers
