Key Responsibilities:

Operate largescale industrial 3D printing equipment with precision and efficiency.
Perform routine maintenance on machinery to ensure optimal performance.
Conduct basic diagnostic tests and provide technical support to the engineering team.
Collaborate with team members to execute projects and achieve collective goals.
Follow detailed instructions and provide feedback to enhance processes.
Maintain accurate documentation for operations and machine maintenance.
Utilize manual and power tools to support equipment troubleshooting and repair.
Engage in metal additive manufacturing processes with an emphasis on quality.
Be willing to work flexible shifts, including 1st and 2nd shifts, to meet production needs.

Qualifications:

Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Strong communication skills with the ability to both give and receive direction.
Relevant technical experience, preferably in a manufacturing or mechanical field.
Familiarity with metal additive manufacturing and machine operation.
Capability to troubleshoot and perform maintenance on complex machinery.
Previous experience with welding is highly advantageous.
A meticulous eye for detail and a resultsdriven approach to tasks.
Flexibility to adapt to various shifts and schedules.

Experience Level:

Open to hiring individuals with a range of experience, from entry-level to senior professionals.
