Description
Small company seeking a Bookkeeper to join our team.


Responsibilities:


  • Oversee all financial transactions using QuickBooks desktop and QB Online.
  • Prepare and process accounts payables, oversee receivables, deposits, sales tax reporting, 571L Filings, month end journal entries and financials monthly.
  • Credit card and bank reconciliations.
  • High level data entry for prevailing wages contracts.
  • Prepare accounting reports for clients and CPA.
  • Review P&L in detail and balance sheet, auditing monthly financials for mistakes to make sure all is accurate before sending to clients.

Requirements and Skills:


  • Knowledge of accounting principles & systems.
  • Proficient with Adobe Acrobat, Microsoft Office, Word, Excel and Outlook.
  • Attention to detail, highly organized, computer literate.
