SoundOff Signal is a growing manufacturing company located in Hudsonville, MI.

We are a global leader in vehicle lighting, control systems and electronic warning solutions for the emergency, amber, government and off-road markets.

THIS POSITION IS FOR STUDENTS OVER THE AGE OF 18 LOOKING FOR FULL TIME WORK DURING THE SUMMER MONTHS.

Manufacturing hours:
1st shift hours: 5am-3pm Monday

Thursday

2nd shift hours: 3pm-1am Monday-Thursday

Essential Job Functions
Demonstrates SoundOff Signal's Core Values in daily interactions with internal and external customers.

Competent:
Operating hand tools

Operating automatic equipment.

High levels of quality

Ability to accurately use a computer for basic reporting and label printing

Ability to consistently meet quality and efficiency standards

Able to read and follow SoundOff Signal Work Instructions.

Able to perform job consistently without excessive absenteeism or tardiness.

Other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements
High School Diploma. Equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.

Minimum one year experience with the skills required for the position.

Capable of learning essential functions listed above.

Basic computer skills.

Physical Requirements
Able to lift up to 35 lbs.

Able to stand, sit, walk, bend, twist, rotate, and/or reach throughout an entire shift.

Must be able to accurately handle and assemble small parts.

Working Conditions
Light manufacturing environment

Fast-paced, team-oriented environment

Low noise level in a temperature-controlled setting

Required to work shift hours (four 10-hour days) with occasional overtime
