    Job DescriptionSalary: DOE

    Michigan Broadband Services is a proven provider of enterprise-grade networking, communications and connectivity services that address a wide variety of telecommunications technologies including fiber, DSL, telephony, and streaming TV services. We are currently searching for Customer Service Intake Specialists in our Carney, MI office to serve customers by providing product and service information, upselling, and resolving product and service problems. The position will include all shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.

    Responsibilities:

    • Answer incoming calls and handle questions regarding a customer's account or explain and upsell our products and service offerings.
    • Must have the ability to upsell a customer based on their needs.
    • Opens customer accounts by recording required account information.
    • Maintains customer records by updating account information.
    • Troubleshoot and resolve service issues using the systems in place for the related service products. Customer satisfaction is the number one priority.

    Qualifications:

    • High school diploma
    • Minimum 3 years' experience in customer service
    • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
    • Ability to keep calm in highly stressful situations.
    • Work closely with and get along with co-workers.
    • Must be able to pay close attention to detail.
    • Work with frequent interruptions(can multitask).
