    Job Description

    One Hour Heating and Air Conditioning is looking for a enthusiastic, friendly, and interactive individual who enjoys working in a call center setting and has prior experience dispatching technicians in a service-oriented field. This role is diverse and calls for candidates with schedule flexibility and adaptability to switch between tasks as needed.

    As a Call Center Specialist or Dispatcher, your responsibilities include:

    • Responding to general customer queries about the company's schedule, service requests, and billing
    • Scheduling appointments and coordinating with technicians for seamless transitions between calls
    • Engaging with past customers for renewals and prospective clients for new services
    • Ensuring accuracy and completeness of call-related information

    Qualified candidates must:

    • Be willing to work a 5-day week with rotating weekends (for dispatch roles)
    • Demonstrate effective conflict resolution skills through clear and polite communication while addressing concerns promptly
    • Possess a minimum of two (2) years of direct customer service experience. Previous experience in service dispatching is required for this role.
    • Have proficiency in various software programs, the ability to learn our internal CSR platform, and good typing speed
    • Have knowledge of the service area geographically and/or map-reading skills
