Production Manager for Deboning and Shipping in the Beef Division (m/f/d)

Highland Village, TX permanent fulltime

Who we are:

Vion is an international producer of meat, meat products, and plant-based alternatives with production sites in the Netherlands and Germany.

Vion has sales support offices in thirteen countries worldwide.

Our four business units - Pork, Beef, Food Service, and Retail - supply fresh products of pork and beef, plant-based alternatives, and by-products to (retail) customers, the foodservice sector, and the meat industry.

We supply customers in our home markets in the Netherlands and Germany, as well as in other countries around the world.

Our headquarters are located in Boxtel, the Netherlands.

Your responsibilities:

Managing the deboning, packaging, and shipping processes in the beef division
Leading and scheduling a team of approximately 150 employees
Continuously optimizing production processes
Promoting and supporting the Vion Operating System (lean management)
Conducting cost calculations
Collecting and analyzing productionrelated key figures
Ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards

Your profile:

Master butcher (m/f/d), meat technologist (m/f/d), or butcher (m/f/d) with relevant further education
Good product knowledge in the beef division
Experience in leading a team
