    Facility Building Maintenance

    $25-30/hr based on experience

    * Full Time, Mon - Fri from 6:45am - 2:45pm *

    Includes every 6th weekend

    Masonic Villages at Sewickley is looking for a Facility Building Maintenance to be part of our team. This is a Full-Time Day position working Monday - Friday and every 6th weekend.

    Responsibilities:

    As a Facility Building Maintenance, you will live out our Mission of Love by handling regular maintenance tasks to preserve Masonic Village buildings, properties, grounds, and roads.

    Our Facility Building Maintenance are accountable for the following:

    • Demonstrating general knowledge of carpentry, electrical, HVAC, and plumbing skills for maintenance work as needed.
    • Familiarity with OSHA, local, state, and federal regulations, building codes, and other standards in performing duties.
    • Repair, troubleshoot, and assess equipment and systems including heating, cooling, electrical, plumbing, and more. Assisting in equipment installation and major repairs.
    • Conducting preventive maintenance on various equipment and systems. Assisting external contractors in preventive maintenance tasks. Performing demolition and renovation assignments when required.
    • Assisting other trades in their daily tasks.
    • Being available for emergency calls, on-call duties, and maintaining a safe work environment.
    • Attending training programs and seminars for professional growth.
    • Handling snow operations on campus during winter conditions.
    • Completing work orders and maintaining accurate records of work and time.

    Requirements:

    • High school diploma or equivalent.
    • Basic knowledge of masonry, carpentry, painting, and operation of excavation equipment.
    • Preferred experience of one or more years in the related trades.
    • Vocational or technical training is a plus.
    • Valid Pennsylvania Driver's License.
    • Strong written, oral, organizational, and computer skills.
