Cella has partnered with a financial institution in search of a
Wide-Format Print Specialist to join their team for a 1+ year contract opportunity
In this role, you will be the primary contact for all wide format printing installations, perform all wide format installations and take a lead role in being the primary installer but may enlist the help of the current staff in the wide format section.
As installations are scheduled, while not performing installations, this position
would also
work in a team with other customer service representatives as needed and would also require the soft skills needed to interface with Bank clients as related to printing and multimedia projects and requests.
*Must have previous experience with physical design installations.
Responsibilities:
- Perform all wide format print installations, including wall murals, cabinet wraps, window cling, window frosting, letter/sign installs, etc.
- Collaborate with the wide format team to advise on installation best practices and ensure highquality results.
- Assist customer service representatives in advising clients on print and design services, production techniques, and technology options.
- Review client requests and job tickets for quality and completeness, clarifying expectations and resolving any issues throughout the production process.
- Serve as a liaison between clients and technical staff, ensuring that projects are completed on schedule and at expected quality levels.
- Track and monitor requests against service standard turnaround times, communicating any changes to clients.
- Perform basic preflighting work on digital files to identify and resolve any issues.
- Maintain current knowledge of internal products, services, and workflow, adapting to changes as needed.
- Collaborate with other customer service representatives on knowledge sharing and division of duties within the unit.
Qualifications:
- Associate's degree in Graphic Arts or other relevant field, or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
- Minimum of two years of relevant work experience.
- Some knowledge of multimedia and electronic products preferable. Knowledge of Augmented Reality (AR) and Virtual Reality (VR) is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal skills and positive customer service attitude.
- Knowledge of graphic arts industry and associated processes and production techniques from design through distribution and delivery preferable.
- Ability to probe/question and understand client needs and requirements and provide appropriate solutions.
- Ability to process and preflight basic digital files.
- Effective problemsolving skills to identify and resolve production and processing problems.
- Good organizational skills, and ability to work capably in a fastpaced, deadlineoriented environment, managing multiple tasks within tight deadlines.
- Ability to deal sensitively in multicultural environments and build effective working relations with clients and colleagues in a teambased environment.
- Desire and ability to learn new skills as industry technology changes.
