- Review loan applications and documents for completeness and accuracy.
- Communicate with loan officers, underwriters, and borrowers to gather necessary information and documentation.
- Verify income, employment, and credit information.
- Evaluate loan files for compliance with regulatory and company guidelines.
- Prepare and submit loans to underwriting for approval.
- Coordinate closing activities and ensure a smooth loan closing process.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry regulations and guidelines.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Residential Mortgage Loan Processing.
- Associate degree in related field minimum
- Experience with Non-QM loans for Foreign Nationals is preferred.
- Knowledge of Encompass system is preferred (but not required)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Candidates must be local to the Miami area.
