We are currently seeking a Project Engineer (m/f/d) for a renowned company in Norderstedt, starting as soon as possible.

Your responsibilities as a Project Engineer (m/f/d) in Columbia City include:

  • Project management for operations in product development projects or plant structure projects
  • Consulting for product development and development of guidelines for cost-effective and efficient construction
  • Leading production and structure projects, as well as implementing new vehicles
  • Analysis and optimization of existing assembly and production processes using Lean methods
  • Planning new production concepts and processes, as well as designing workstations
  • Conducting "Make or Buy" analyses and preparing decision templates

Your profile:

  • Successfully completed university degree in mechanical engineering, production engineering, or industrial engineering, or similar
  • Several years of relevant professional experience in industrial engineering and/or factory planning
  • MTM knowledge desirable
  • Expertise in Lean principles and methods
  • Strong communication and assertiveness skills
  • Ability to work independently and take responsibility
  • Fluent in German and preferably English, both written and spoken
