INTRODUCTION
EMBREY is a long-established diversified real estate investment company with a focus in multifamily. We are seeking an exceptional Field Superintendent to join our purpose-driven team.

As a Field Superintendent, you will be responsible for the project's successful, timely, and quality completion. You will provide direction to subcontractors and vendors while supporting the Project Superintendent with all on-site duties.

The Corporate Headquarters is located in San Antonio, and we have active projects in 8 cities across 6 states: Arizona, Colorado, Texas, Tennessee, North Carolina
, and Florida.

We currently manage 11,000 units and have 6,000 units under construction. In 2024, our 50th year in business, we will have developed 50,000 total units.

POSITION OBJECTIVE

Lead and Inspire:

As a Field Superintendent, your primary objective will be to ensure the successful, timely, and high-quality completion of construction projects.

Champion of Schedule and Quality:
Ensuring our projects are completed on schedule while prioritizing safety and quality.

KEY QUALIFICATIONS AND SUCCESS FACTORS
Proven Track Record: 3-5 years of experience as a multifamily or wood frame construction superintendent.

Technical Expertise: Your proficiency with Procore, MS Project, and Microsoft Office Suite enables you to navigate projects with agility and precision.
Project Work: Must demonstrate an exemplary history of consistently completing projects on schedule and fostering collaborative efforts with project managers, construction teams, and subcontractors.

EDUCATION
A bachelor's degree in Construction Science/Management, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
