We are currently seeking an HR Business Partner (m/f/d) for our Healthcare division at our locations in Duisburg, Dreieich (FFM), or nationwide.

Your tasks will include:

Proactive consulting and support for managers as a sparring partner for all HRrelated questions along the employee life cycle (e.g. recruiting, performance and talent management, succession planning) with a focus on bluecollar employees
Implementation and continuous optimization of HR tools and processes in collaboration with the HR Center of Expertise and HR Shared Service Center
Active support of organizational changes and ensuring professional change management in an intercultural environment
Coaching of managers in areas such as leadership and support in promoting a valuesbased corporate culture
Independent management of HR projects and trustworthy collaboration with the works council

Your skills:

Successfully completed studies, preferably with a focus on HR management, or equivalent education and further training with a focus on HR
Several years of professional experience as an inhouse HR generalist or in the HR service/consulting industry in a dynamic (matrix) organization
Excellent knowledge of German labor law, experience in working with works councils
