We prioritize delivering the highest quality of work that exceeds our customers' expectations.We are seeking a Project Coordinator/Administrator that is looking to grow in the single family residential industry:
This is an in-person, full-time role on Fire Island, New York.
Transportation to Fire Island from Bay Shore, NY is provided, but limited to 7:00 am to Fire Island and a 4:00 pm return to Bay Shore.
Salary is commensurate with experience.Job Responsibilities:
- Maintain project files on project management software (BuilderTrend).
- Provide support to project team to ensure projects are completed on time and on budget.
- Organize and file project information (drawings, purchase orders, specs, etc.) and distribute to project team and vendors as needed.
- Provide support to project managers in verifying compliance of subcontractor insurance.
- Coordinate with expeditor to provide documentation required for Certificate of Occupancy filing.
- Visit job sites on a regular basis to provide progress updates to homeowners.
- Assist project managers in material procurement.
- Maintain inventory of tools and other shop supplies.
Job Requirements:
- Knowledge of construction industry is preferred
- Experience with Microsoft Office required
- Valid and clean New York state drivers license
- Strong communication skills
- High attention to detail
Pay:
$50, $65,000.00 per year
