is looking for a talented Appliance Service Technician to join our team Fast Appliance Repair provides service to residents of PA, NJ, DE, and MD.

As an Appliance Service Technician, you are a key member of the team responsible for quality, efficient in-home repairs of Major Appliances.

Start each day being dispatched from your home in a company vehicle. Cell-phone, tablet, support team, and many other resources also provided.

Our technicians are the face of our organization, so outstanding customer service that _exceeds _our client's expectations is a must.

Responsibilities:

• In-Home repair of Major Appliances
• Accurately diagnose and repair laundry and kitchen appliances in the customer's home
• Research and order repair parts needed on a companysupplied tablet device
• Provide cost estimates for repairs and collect payment and/or payment information from customers for work performed
• Complete work orders electronically with description of work performed using tablet.

Qualifications:

• Pass an industry standard PlusOne employment screening, which includes:
• Criminal Background Check
• Drug Test
• Driver's License Check
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Proficiency to navigate computer and tabletbased technology
• The ability to safely lift up to 75 pounds on an occasional basis without assistance, and the physical ability to perform repair work under varied circumstances
• While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally required to stand; walk; sit; reach with hands and arms; climb or balance; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl; and talk or hear.
• EPA Sealed System Certification a plus
