Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and organized Administrative Assistant to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing administrative duties including scheduling appointments, coordinating service calls, handling customer inquiries, completing and submitting permit paperwork, liaising with local building departments
- Communicate with field technicians to ensure timely completion of service requests and maintain clear communication throughout the process
- Prepare and process invoices and other administrative documents accurately and efficiently
- Maintain organized records of customer interactions and service requests
- Collaborate with other admin to optimize workflow and improve overall efficiency
Qualifications:
- Strong administrative and organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Phone skills; excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written
- Computersavvy; proficient in Google Workspace, Microsoft Office Suite
- Detailoriented with a focus on accuracy and quality
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fastpaced environment
