Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of the venue's operations including staff, vendors, and clients
- Coordinate and oversee events, ensuring they run smoothly and efficiently
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and preferences
- Collaborate with catering services to provide exceptional dining experiences
- Ensure closing procedures are handled successfully each event
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a managerial role within the hospitality industry
- Excellent communication skills to interact with clients, staff, and vendors
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Knowledge of restaurant or hotel operations is preferred
- Exceptional organizational abilities to maintain a wellfunctioning venue
- Proficiency in event planning and execution techniques
