Your Role and ResponsibilitiesThe IBM IT Automation team is looking for a Technical Product Manager to join the IBM Concert product team.
Your Role and Responsibilities
- Define and execute the product strategy and roadmap
- Manage the product backlog, working closely with the engineering team to define sprint objectives as well as with tech sales and support teams to understand the business context and priority of feature requests and bug fixes
- Write product requirements for new features and new scanners
- Enable tech sales and support teams by building specialized demos, assisting with RFIs, fielding scannerspecific questions
- Engage prospects, customers, and internal stakeholders for discovery sessions and roadmap reviews
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify market trends
- Provide regular updates to the leadership team on product development progress and market signals
Minimum of 5 years of technical product management experience
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
Strong written and communication skills with:
- the ability to make technical concepts accessible to less technical audiences
Strong adjudication skills for product prioritization
Experience presenting to non-technical and technical audiences
Proven track record of successfully managing the lifecycle of products from discovery to launch.
Strong collaboration skills with the ability to work cross-functionally with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams.

The salary will vary depending on your jobrelated skills, experience and location. Pay increment and frequency of pay will be in accordance with employment classification and applicable laws. For part time roles, your compensation and benefits will be adjusted to reflect your hours. Benefits may be prorated for those who start working during the calendar year.
