IT professional with a knack for numbers

Computers, networks, and IT systems are your world? Combine your passion with a business career and become a Digitalization Management Specialist (m/f/d) at Netto. The training takes place either at our headquarters in Maxhütte-Haidhof or at one of our branches.

In this training, you will not only be responsible for adapting and implementing new IT systems, but also advise users, plan projects, and apply newly acquired business knowledge. You will get to know different departments at Netto - from IT procurement/project management to store technology and application development to network technology.

At the end of your training, you will be a certified Digitalization Management Specialist (m/f/d) according to the German Chamber of Commerce and Industry.

Your responsibilities

  • You introduce new IT systems, set them up, and create the necessary framework
  • You plan and organize projects
  • You advise and support PC users in the company

Your qualifications

  • You enjoy working on the computer and have technical understanding
  • You can think logically and are good at math
  • You are interested in economic relationships
  • You enjoy planning and organizing
  • You like working in a team
