  • Ability to make drinks and serve alcohol in highvolume periods efficiently and maintain a smooth workflow during peak hours.
  • Adhere to health and safety guidelines, including responsible alcohol service and proper sanitation procedures by maintaining a clean and organized bar area. This includes proper storage and handling of glassware, utensils, and ingredients to ensure a safe and hygienic bar environment for both staff and customers.
  • Familiarity with BBQ cuisine and understanding of different BBQ styles, cuts of meat, and traditional flavors to offer informed recommendations to patrons.
