- Administration of Veradigm PM. Responsible for escalated support tickets. Support and maintenance of application server and SQL database server.
- Support HL7 interfaces between PM and several clinical applications.
- Maintain PM automated processes including ETL.
- Administer and support Phreesia patient engagement application.
- Manage and maintain Windows servers and applications, ensuring optimal performance and uptime.
- Provide technical support to staff across the organization, troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
- Provide additional support for Altera TouchWorks EHR.
- Implement and maintain automation tools to streamline IT processes and improve efficiency.
- Work collaboratively with other IT team members and departments to achieve shared goals.
- Document technical procedures and maintain accurate records.
- Stay up-to-date on emerging technologies and best practices in healthcare IT.
- As expected with all healthcare positions, must adhere to HIPAA/OSHA/BLOODBORNE PATHOGEN regulations and maintain associated workplace trainings.
- Other duties as assigned/necessary.
