- Experience in managing service operations and leading a team
- Manage Dry Dock projects and equipment installations, ensuring timely completion and adherence to quality and safety standards
- Develop and maintain preventive maintenance schedules to optimize equipment performance and minimize downtime
- Knowledge of professional ware washing, cleaning and disinfection technology, and/or food waste treatment systems
- Oversee small local inventory to ensure adequate stock levels and timely replacement
- Organize and expedite equipment repairs, collaborating with internal team and external vendors
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and remotely

Role Description
This is a full-time remote role as a Senior Marine/Cruise Line Manager at MEIKO USA. The Marine/Cruise Line Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations and service activities related to the company's products and solutions within their designated region. This includes managing service technicians, coordinating service schedules, ensuring customer satisfaction, and providing technical support.
