Creating Fascination:
Your Responsibilities

  • Processing and managing pre and inservice maintenance for the aviation and railway industry
  • Assisting in the analysis of maintenance equipment, conducting root cause analyses, and implementing improvement measures
  • Handling and coordinating technical customer inquiries
  • Evaluating error analyses from workshop reports and making decisions on potential maintenance measures
  • Analyzing and interpreting error logs
  • Monitoring orders and coordinating employees in the repair process
  • Creating cost estimates and validating reports
  • Analyzing equipment usage in the field and creating forecasts
  • Planning material and resources for future repair orders
  • Implementing necessary improvement measures in coordination with the maintenance manager
  • Reviewing and implementing service documentation in the repair shop
  • Expanding the repair capability list

Bringing Your Strengths:
Your Qualifications

  • Successfully completed degree in electronics or a related field
  • Experience in technical customer service or similar areas preferred
  • Experience with electronic components in the aviation industry is a plus
  • Knowledge of electronic troubleshooting and measurement techniques is desirable
  • Familiarity with the eLIROM customer service software is an advantage
  • Teamwork and commitment
  • Quick comprehension
  • Proficiency in ERP systems
  • Knowledge of Lean methods
  • Good written and spoken English skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
