    OverT Bio, a biotech company founded in 2022 by Drs. Mat Legut and Neville Sanjana, is a pioneer in developing advanced cellular therapies for solid tumors. With a team of experts in immunology and genome engineering and strong backing from TechBio investors, the company has introduced innovative platforms such as OverTargetTM and OverTCRTM.

    Job Summary

    This role provides an exciting opportunity to collaborate in a diverse team working on cutting-edge technologies at the confluence of genome engineering, immuno-oncology, and single-cell multiomics. Responsibilities center around T cell engineering, characterization, and process development. The ideal candidate will excel as a team player in a dynamic startup environment.

    Main Responsibilities

    - Conduct intricate experiments in in vitro and in vivo settings for engineered T cell analysis in solid tumor scenarios,

    - Create new assays, models, and procedures for effective T cell subset engineering,

    - Employ state-of-the-art technologies for comprehensive understanding of anti-tumor responses in clinical contexts,

    - Serve as an expert problem-solver in challenging situations.

    Requirements

    - PhD in Immunology or equivalent qualification,

    - Minimum 2 years experience in cell therapy within the industry,

    - Proficiency in human T cell engineering essential,

    - Familiarity with gamma delta T cells or TCR-transduced T cells preferred,

    - Expertise in flow cytometry, co-culture assays, and immune-related assessments,

    - Ability to quickly adapt to new methodologies, shifting priorities, and deliver precise results promptly,

    - Strong teamwork, organizational skills, and authorization to work in the US.
