Responsibilities

You are part of the Digital Solutions team in the People & Organization department and drive data-driven decision-making in human resources issues.
You are responsible for developing an HR data governance framework for Workday and SAP HCM.
You develop a data catalog and advise on the optimal use of HR data and the use of AI.
By identifying additional relevant data sets and integrating data sources, you enable comprehensive insights.
You identify trends in the digital environment and anticipate them in the development of data strategies.
You support the establishment of a data mindset and work closely with other HR teams to continuously optimize end-to-end data collection.

Requirements

You have experience in project management and have completed a university degree (Master's in Business Informatics, Computer Science) or a comparable qualification.
