Manage day-to-day portfolio activities and work with the assigned Project Managers to establish working plan for each project phase.
Helps end-users evaluate

and prioritize work and coordinates with the rest of the ET&S team to establish project milestones, tasks, time estimates and expected timeframes.
Contributes to the establishment of common practices, tools, and templates for portfolio and project management, and ensures adherence to these standards.
Supports project resources, removing any barriers to progress.Communicates project direction, status, and risk in compelling ways, effectively reaching a wide variety of constituents, including senior leadership.
Ensures the project teams are entering their time sheets against projects for the ability to track estimates verses actual time for accurate capacity reporting.
