Key Responsibilities_
-
Project Coordination: Manage and coordinate the entire fabrication process from initial design to final production, ensuring timely and within-budget completion.

CAD and Blueprint Reading: Utilize CAD software to create and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
-
Material Management: Oversee the procurement and inventory of raw materials and supplies, ensuring that all materials meet quality standards and are available when needed.

Bill of Materials (BOM): Create and manage BOMs for all projects, ensuring accuracy and completeness.

Quality Control: Implement and maintain quality control procedures to ensure products meet the company's high standards and customer specifications.

Production Scheduling: Develop and maintain production schedules to optimize efficiency and output, balancing workload and capacity.

Collaboration: Work closely with design, production, and sales teams to ensure seamless communication and collaboration throughout the fabrication process.

Documentation: Maintain accurate records of all fabrication activities, including work orders, material usage, and quality control reports.

Problem Solving: Identify and resolve any issues that arise during the fabrication process, implementing corrective actions as necessary.

Compliance: Ensure all fabrication activities comply with company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications_

Education: Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing, Engineering, or a related field preferred.

Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a fabrication or manufacturing coordination role, preferably in the flooring or construction industry.

Technical Skills:


  • Proficient in CAD software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or similar).
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
  • Understanding of Bill of Materials (BOM) management.

Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with team members, suppliers, and customers.

Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.

Problem-Solving: Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently and effectively.

Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities.

$75,000.00 per year
