    About the Job:

    Job Description:

    Responsibilities:

    • Interact with customers via telephone, e-mail, and in person to diagnose and fix technical issues
    • Escalate unresolved problems with detailed documentation
    • Keep management informed of trends and challenges
    • Deliver exceptional customer service and exceed expectations
    • Document all interactions and resolutions
    • Suggest improvements to procedures
    • Stay updated on technical procedures and products
    • Ensure compliance with Service Level Agreements
    • Provide timely technical support training
    • Evaluate and implement new tools and processes
    • Effectively manage varying workloads independently

    Requirements:

    • 3-5 years of experience in Service Desk or technical support
    • 1+ years of customer service experience
    • Strong troubleshooting and documentation skills
    • Active Directory Experience
    • Proficient in Microsoft Desktop Operating Systems
    • Basic MDM Administration knowledge
    • Excellent communication skills
    • Detail-oriented

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Degree in Information Systems or Computer Science
    • Experience with network printers
    • A+ Certification or equivalent
    • Additional Basic MDM Administration experience

    Physical Demands:

    • Perform essential job functions according to standards
    • Ability to conduct tasks on a computer
    • Some office travel may be required
