Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Record Clerk to join our Records Management team.
The Record Clerk will be responsible for maintaining and organizing electronic records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with record-keeping policies and procedures.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain physical and electronic records
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of records
- Organize and categorize records for easy retrieval
- Assist in the development and implementation of recordkeeping policies
- Perform data entry and update records as needed
- Respond to record requests in a timely manner
- Assist in audits and compliance reviews
- Provide support to Records Manager as needed
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and recordkeeping software
- Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fastpaced environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of recordkeeping best practices and compliance regulations
