Description

Responsibilities include all administrative functions of the department: managing calendars, scheduling travel, managing correspondence and scheduling couriers, processing expense reports, planning meetings/events, creating or revising business documents, preparing presentations from source materials, handling Teams Meetings, compiling meeting materials and other similar matters.


Roll/ Expectations:
Managing calendar and all meeting requests from organization

Travel Bookings for upcoming business travel

Creating itinerary packets for travel days

Expense Reports for all corporate card usage, and travel bookings.

Creating PowerPoints for organization meetings and communication team

Planning Annual Picnic with team

Planning Face to Face Meeting with direct team members

Processing invoices/ managing POs if applicable to having SAP/SRM experience.

Ordering Catering for meetings

Supplies Ordering

Reconciling Organizational Charts


Job Type:
Contract


Pay:
Up to $22.00 per hour


Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Day shift
  • Monday to Friday

Experience:


  • Calendar management: 3 years (required)
Scheduling Travel: 3 years (required)
