Your tasks:

  • As part of the development team for our fire protection products, you will be responsible for developing software for embedded systems in complex security systems.
  • You will also play a role in the further digitization of our fire protection products.
  • In addition, you will be involved in the development of software for remote-based products.

Requirements:

  • A completed degree in electrical engineering or computer science, or a comparable degree or vocational training with relevant additional qualifications.
  • Excellent knowledge of programming languages C and C++.
  • Experience working with embedded Linux and RTOS.
  • Experience with databases, UML, and MQTT.
  • Experience in agile software development.
  • Experience in microcontroller programming.
  • Teamwork, responsibility, and creativity.
  • Good written and spoken English.
  • Willingness to occasionally travel for project-related work.

Additional knowledge in the following areas is advantageous:

  • Experience in programming safety-critical software.
  • Knowledge of Qt, QML.
  • Experience with RUST.
  • Experience with OPC UA and fieldbus.
  • Knowledge of other web technologies.
  • Understanding of circuit diagrams.
